Gus is the most trustful person you could know. I bought my new house in 2022 for my son in 2020 and I recently sold my old house with him a few months ago in march of 2024. He will always be a friend more than a realtor. As soon as you meet him your going to want to keep his contact and friendship. Believe or not he is the realtor that only his client count on. The most valuable characteristic of him is his wonderful and honest opinion that he gives all his client. All of his client are all referral from all of his past client. Yo compré mi nueva casa,en 2022, la casa de mi hijo en plena pandemia 2020 y acabo de vender mi propiedad anterior 2024. Como pueden ver ningún cliente que no quede más que satisfecho con sus servicios ,hace todas sus tareas de real state con el mismo realtor. Gus es una persona maravillosa, respetuosa que pone sus clientes incluso por encima de sus ganancias porque para el sus clientes son lo más importante por eso tiene tantos e incluso se conocen entre ellos muchos, porque todos los recomiendan y le refieren sus amigos. Es la persona que además de realtor se va a quedar como tu amigo que siempre te contesta que siempre está ahí haciendo todo lo mejor para uno. En realidad para mí y mi familia ha sido una BENDICION.Como cristiana que soy pienso que es el hombre íntegro que el señor te envía en los momentos de preocupación y en el que tus finanzas pudieran verse afectadas.
