We are so lucky to have worked with Allison for the purchase our first home. Allison is knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, and tenacious. She made the home purchase process feel unintimidating. Allison spent hours walking us through the details of the buying process multiple times until we felt comfortable with it. She was very patient during our search and she always had our best interest in mind. When looking at homes together, she had excellent insight into the quality and condition of the roof, floors, appliances, finishes, construction, etc. and was also very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods within San Diego. We felt well informed about the benefits and drawbacks of each property we looked at. Buying our house was a slightly more complex situation, with an extended escrow and other intricacies. Allison and the listing agent handled all of the details with grace, and we didn’t feel the burden of the complexity of the sale. She was a fierce negotiator and we felt like we got a great deal amidst this competitive market. She was always available to chat or answer any questions that came up throughout the process. She also has a wide network of contacts/recommendations for lenders, inspections, contractors, etc. and connected us with those folks at our request. Allison made buying our first home the least stressful and most enjoyable experience that it could have been. She truly went above and beyond to meet our needs and made sure we felt supported throughout. We know she will still be available to us as we’re moving in to advise on maintenance, renovations, or any other general questions about owning a home. We give her our highest recommendation and we look forward to working with her in buying our next home.

Huge shout out to the BEST real estate agent ever! Keith Agnello gave us such excellent service. I have never seen anyone work so hard to make all the pieces fall into place. It was time for husband and I to downsize and finding a single level house was daunting. Keith really "got" our esthetic and didn't waste our time with homes that were not appropriate. Because we were open as far as location was concerned, Keith took us as far north as San Pedro and down to Mission Viejo. We had just about given up, and were considering renting until we found a home. Keith knew of a house that had been on the market, but the listing had been removed. Long story short; Palisade Realty, Keith and Eric, negotiated a brilliant deal for the perfect house. It is amazing that every area we wanted to view; Floral Park, South Conant, Lakewood, San Pedro, Huntington, Bixby....Keith was familiar with the surrounds. The deal was extremely complicated as the interior of the house was 90% finished, however Keith held our hands through every step (and mound of paperwork). Highly Recommend!
