Holly is fantastic! You can tell she loves the NW suburbs because she’s so knowledgeable about the area and she lives here! She was patient with us as we found the perfect house and listened to our needs that when the ideal house came on the market we were her first call. She also knew what we had to do to sell our house and the first weekend had a number of showings and offers. Wouldn’t work with anyone else in the area.

Do not hesitate to hire Holly! Her local expertise is second to none. From the first meeting at our house, her presentation and data surrounding the neighborhood / values was phenomenal and added so much value to the process. There are so many agents who probably don’t add value and Holly is on a whole other level of deserving every penny she makes. I would recommend her any day!

Ali was great in the process of finding our new home. She took the time to listen to our wants and made herself available any time for a showing. When it came down to negotiating as we were one of many offers, she made suggestions that would make us more appealing while also not going overboard. She was on top of answering any questions we had during the closing process and was always communicating with us even after the closing. All around a stellar agent.

I have been friends with Ali for many many years and it has been AMAZING working with her to purchase my first home! She took care of me with all her knowledge and resources to make the home buying process really easy to navigate. With her expertise and experience, I was able to become a first time homebuyer and find a home within budget, in my area, checked all my boxes, and she even was able to negotiate the price for UNDER market value! We worked with Holly and found her to be very professional, she communicated in a timely fashion and gave us excellent advice. Holly and her team sold our home quickly and negotiated an excellent sale price. All the while keeping us up to date and informed. We were so impressed and would recommend her highly.
