Stefanie was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the local market and I particularly appreciated her responsiveness. The property had over 40 showings in little over a week and had a sale closed in just over a month from the date it was listed. Cristina was very thoughtful and knowledgeable about helping finding my first home. She was very patient and did not push me to buy a home at first sight. She will ask my thoughts, insights, and will advised me to choose a home that will not overwhelmed me financially. She never get upset, kept her smiling at all times and responded to my emails and texts messages as soon as she acknowledged them. Time was never a problem for Cristina. She was available and will squeeze time even Sunday after church with her family to meet in a particular location as my schedule was very thigh at times. She also excelled in communication with sellers and handled all matters in a very professional manner. She went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service. She is a great asset for her company.
