Kilian did a great job. He understood my concerns and updated me step by step. He’s very professional and always available. He gave great advice as well. I’d highly recommend him! He assisted with explaining in details the contract and amendments. He took excellent photos of the home. He interacted with vendors on my behalf. He made the experience less stressful at the Closing Attorney office.

Working with Kilian was such a great experience! He helped me and my sister sell our home and he was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best deal! Kilian always kept in communication and never made us feel as if we didn’t know what was going on. He responds in a good timely manner and just overall friendly and has your best interest. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a realtor!!

10/10 recommend!! Working with Kilian was a great experience. He helped my sister and I sell our 3 bedroom ranch style home within a timely manner, and he made sure we were able to put our best foot forward with the sale. He is very knowledgeable and informative, and explains the process every step of the way. He answers any and all questions in a timely manner and is very flexible. Kilian made this an overall easy process despite some of the challenges we encountered. He is truly a realtor you want in your corner, and he will treat your home (no matter how big or small) like a #1 priority. I would definitely work with him again in the future!

Kilian went above and beyond!! Such an absolute smooth process! We found our dream house thanks to him! Always available and willing to help us. Punctual, resourceful suuper professional and proactive!! If we could give more starts we definitely would! First time home buyers! What a genuinely great agent to work with. I've known Kilian for about 6 years now and have come to the conclusion that he is the most thorough and biggest hearted real estate agent hands down. He finds relentless solutions for everything thrown his way and his knowledge and foresight is beyond valuable. He not only educates you but also informs you on any blemishes that the average buyer may not see & with that also shares his vision of the possibilities.
