Rachel is without a doubt the best realtor we have ever worked with! She was on point on everything you would expect but constantly went above and beyond to make sure every question and need was answered, no matter how ridiculous they may have been. Rachel also was an amazing professional in making sure every detail was covered! She held our hand and guided us thru potential pit falls with multiple listings and even made sure we were 100% educated on every detail on a house that we thought would be the one. With here guidance and expertise, plus real life dollar and cents numbers, Rachel and Tampa Home Group helped us in making an informed and in the end, life changing decision, which led us to ultimately buy the home we have dreamed about! We have already been sharing our experience with Rachel with all of our friends and family and when we buy or sell again she will be our realtor!

Along with their staff especially Debbie they displayed an up to date knowledge of an ever changing market allowing us to walk away without leaving money on the table. Rachel is an amazing person. She helped us tremendously, being there with us through the whole home buying process: from talking about our home interests, to meeting with the builder and signing contract, the inspection process, and to the day of closing. Her knowledge and advice was vital and truly appreciated, especially being a new homeowner. I am grateful she was there to help my family get the home we’ve been looking for.
