Great Communication and Accessibility. We listed out parents' home with Pamela. She made the process easy and straightforward. She priced the house well, and due to her diligence and experience, it sold right away. She was always accessible - morning, noon and night. If we had any questions, she responded immediately. Any time a potential buyer came to the house for a showing, she texted when they arrived and left. We felt very comfortable every step of the way.

Pamela and her team were fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our home. She arrived for our first appointment fully prepared, having researched the history of our home, recent sales and comps in our area. She was very knowledgeable about the market on Staten Island and our neighborhood. Once we decided we wanted to list, she had professional pictures and videos of our house made quickly. Our house was listed for five days before we accepted an offer. In that time, Pamela and her team did multiple showings where they walked potential buyers around the house themselves, ensuring not only the safety of our home but answering any questions the perspective buyers might have. After the first day on the market we had an offer, and within five days, we had multiple offers over asking. During the post-offer process, Pamela helped organize inspection times and appraisal (and was there the entire time). She came prepared with comps for the appraisal too. We loved our home and we are glad Pamela helped us find someone to buy our house, who will also love it. Thank you again for all your help!
