Cliff is the best! He guided us through a lengthy search with incredible patience, insight, and thorough attention to detail. He is organized and efficient, and was able to schedule tours of multiple listings for the same afternoon, saving us time when we wanted to look at lots of different places in the same neighborhood. When we finally found “the one,” he helped us through every step of the transfer process. We were so grateful for his guidance that we enlisted him to help us sell our previous home. We have referred him to our friends and family members for various real estate transactions, and everyone has the most positive things to say about him. Rory and his team were exceptionally helpful at every stage of the process. They gave me useful advice on preparing my apartment for sale including painting and improving the flooring. They then staged the apartment with extraordinary furnishings. The photography taken completed and exceptional online presentation of my unit which led to many visits and several offers within two weeks. Rory navigated a complex set of issues to rapid resolution and I was able to sell my unit at the offering price.

Cliff was outstanding in both knowledge and patience in helping us to navigate the NYC real estate market. He has wonderful insight as well as a charming, relaxed nature. He made the process of purchasing our new condo and selling the old one seamless and with minimal stress. Cliff was an excellent communicator, always keeping us informed about the market and the details of the buildings we were considering. He managed the negotiation process for both our purchase and sale with professionalism and honest recommendations to us and was always our best advocate.
