We have been working with Scott for a while and we recently bought our 2nd place with him. Scott has helped us negotiate with the sellers to get the best price possible each time. I was referred to Scott by a family member. Scott is professional, thoughtful and is client focused. My husband and I didn't know what to expect because we are first time buyers, but Scott and his team really made us feel comfortable and supported from start to finish. Scott knows real estate and is honest never pushy. He was able to give advice when we had doubts and listen to what we had to say. I highly recommend Scott and his team!

I highly recommend Scott Cheng and his team. Scott is professional, personable, caring and truly cares about his client's interests. Scott not only met any expectations I may have had but exceeded them. Scott and his team quickly responded to any message (Text/Call/Email) I sent them. He knows this industry. He isn't just in the industry to make money or sell a house for a friend or relative (so only does a couple homes a year) he closes around 20+ homes a month. I love my home!
