I have worked with and consulted with Scott for the past few years on a variety of real estate transactions from leasing to buying and selling. I had agents in the past that says that San Diego is always a hot market and seems to always pressure me to act fast. What's great about Scott is that he will not pressure you but he will always give you his honest insight on the reality of the market. What does the high mortgage impact me as a buyer vs. a seller? The low inventory due to the high mortgage rates? Scott always gave me comprehensive nuanced explanation of the San Diego real estate market. He is always quick to respond to my inquires and is flexible with his schedule. I strongly recommend Scott for his honest and expert advice regarding all things real estate.

Scott is best ever. Even i bought my house 3 years before, but he is still helping me. (Fix the house, solved PMI issue). I'm not really good at English, but there was no problem! Super friendly, Really great sense of responsibility. Thank you Scott!

Sean and his team, Rebecca and Julia did a magnificent job in selling our property. From the moment we signed up, the process started rolling, from clearing all our household items, with their provided personnel, to inside painting with Sean’s great color suggestion, to cleanup and to the final inspection, the whole process went very smoothly. One thing that really surprises us was the initial open house that was held, they had 20 couples that came over and we had 2 offers above our requested price right on that same day, quite unbelievable. The first offer didn’t materialized, however the second offer went through and with the diligent services by Rebecca and Julia, we were able to close escrow in about three weeks. The whole time while in process, Rebecca was in constant touch with us with any updates and any concerns that needs attention we’re taken cared of in a very smooth manner. I can’t thank enough Sean’s team for his excellent services that was provided in the selling of our property. Super great job and a great thank you to Sean, Rebecca and Julia, definitely we will be seeking their services in the future.

We met Rusteen at an open house, and were impressed by his approachability and professionalism. We began working with him and due to market conditions and living in Northern California, our search took almost 2 years. Throughout this lengthy process, Rusteen was always patient, knowledgeable, and positive. He also previewed many homes and provided virtual tours for us. Rusteen did a tremendous job navigating and negotiating his way to the front of the line in order for me to be able to get the home of my dreams.
