Wow! Carlos was heaven sent! His knowledge and patience in real estate makes selling and buying so much more pleasant. His experience shows. To anyone who is looking to sell or buy, Carlos is a best in class realtor. His professionalism, communication, and industry knowledge are second to no one. My husband and I used Carlos Rojas to sell our condo in Sunny Isles Beach. He was referred to us by a family member as we are not from the area. We signed with Carlos after our first meeting. He was very knowledgeable about the process, easy to work with and trustworthy. We were very impressed with the professional quality of the photographs he used for our listing. We received a contingent offer on our property fairly quickly. Carlos and his team member Joseph continued to show our unit and we received a second, better offer. We recently closed on our property and are continuing to work with Carlos and his team to find our next home.
