I found a Townhouse in Zillow very late at night that seems to be what I was looking for. I had just sold beach apartment a few days before and was the 1st time. It had been on the Market for 2 days and next morning Richard Yepez (Realtor)was able to make appt with Seller’s Realtor at 1pm. I liked the Town house very much was what I was looking for just needed to be painted to my taste and other little things in the future but bathrooms and kitchen were updated. I was very interested and Richard asked several questions to the Seller’s Realtor and she said there were already 3 offers and 1 all cash with No Appraisal Contingency, was meeting with the Seller next day with all contracts to make the decision. When I heard her say that I was sure I didn’t have a chance because I couldn’t buy it cash. Richard told me not to worry he was going to do his best and in the past has been successful. That same night we sent the contract offer to the Realtor. The next day I was anxiously waiting when I received an email that Richard forward to me from the Seller’s Realtor stating that because of the his Introduction, Seller decided to accept my offer even though the Cash offer was a little more than mine. I couldn’t believe it. Richard is amazing, Professional, Caring etc etc . He would call me for updates and always answer my calls immediately or call me back within 1 hour The closing was made in 3 weeks Thanks to Richard communicating with my Loan Officer and my Attorney. I have purchased 5 properties in the past a d used same Lender the last 5 years and have never had this great experience and owe it to Richard Yepez I highly recommend Richard Yepez he can make your dream house come true!

Working with Carol was such a great experience. With every aspect of our sale and purchase she went above and beyond to help us achieve our goal of a simultaneous closing. Every early morning and late night text, calls or emails were answered. She absolutely nailed it!!!!
