I met Mrs. Charlene Little of Best Choice Realty over a phone conversation after calling about a home I saw on Zillow.com in June 2017. Her genuine attitude and not trying to convince me to select her as my agent surprised me. She said, "Whoever you use as you agent for your upcoming purchase, make sure they are available for you 100%, he/she listens, and take the time to understands your needs". She asked for my email to send me daily listing without any future business commitment. I spoke to many other Real Estate Brokers but when I decided to purchase, 11 months later after being pre-approved for a Mortgage Loan along with receiving unsatisfied results with another agent, I remembered Charlene Little. I contacted her immediately and she helped secured a home within one week. Charlene’s passion for her clients, expertise in Real estate knowledge in both Commercial and Residential, and her ability to negotiate with the selling agent in a bidding war culture, has allow me to purchase 4-bedroom home in a terrific community. With the growing shortage of available homes, and countless stories of friends being outbid on their purchased offers, I needed an expert agent (Ms. Charelene) who was strategically aggressive to secure a Purchase and Sale agreement, in which she did. When I think about the countless hours she had dedicated towards the negotiations, home inspections, repair request list, helping communicate to lenders, getting to closing, I am honored to have had a great agent and considered myself blessed to have Charlene Little with Choice Realty as my Realtor. Charlene was Amazing to work with. She helped every step of the way with kindness & expert knowledge. After a long road of ups & downs when it came time to list my home Charlene far exceeded all expectation. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a strong realtor with knowledge to get the results you want. I can’t thank her enough for the fantastic job she did!

Charlene Little was a great realtor from the start. She really listened to what our family of 7 was looking for in a home and with our budget. Even though it was a tiring process of finding the perfect home for our family of 7.....Charles didn't give up. We kept looking for that home and we found it. She was very knowledge of the process, local information, responsiveness to our many of questions we had regarding the process, looking for that home and being honest of what she saw that wouldn't work in a home for us. She always made sure that we were able to look at properties as soon as we could since our area is hot in the selling market. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Charlene Little for your home buying needs and also if you are selling a home.

Charlene is professional, warm and caring. Any problem we encountered she had a resolution for. We could not have sold our house without her knowledge and expertise. I can't recommend her highly enough!!

I don't know that there is a better real estate agent out there. Not only will she not stop until your sale goes through, but she will make sure that the price is fair. I have to but and sell homes and I would not trust anyone else with my business. Charlebe is the best of the best!
