Caryl did a great job coaching and strategizing with us in an uncertain market specially in our north Marysville location. Her advice regarding listing price, timing, open house dates and general marketing were spot-on. Super communicative and responsive during the whole process, keeping us well informed and directly leading to a quick and clean closing. Caryl’s timely notification of offers and advisement for counter offers resulted in an acceptable within the 2nd day on the market. She enabled the best possible result for us and in fact, exceeded our expectations by championing a rent back agreement and waiver of inspection. Highly recommended!!!
