Cynthia took me to see two apartments that were within my budget and in nice buildings, and helped take me through the application process without a hitch. In a town where there are so many pitfalls to apartment searches and renting she was a great agent to work with and made me feel secure & supported throughout. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Cynthia was recommended to us by friends who had used her to sell their home and we were not disappointed! Cynthia met with us went over everything, explained the process, was very informative, returned our calls and texts promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. We listed our home and within 2 weeks we had a buyer and at the price we wanted. Cynthia is amazing!! and I would highly recommended her.

Cynthia was our favorite person we worked with throughout our first time home buying experience. Out of everyone, she was the most accessible and fastest to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Before starting this process, not knowing anything about how it works, I was worried I might feel rushed into buying a home I was unsure of. I never felt this way with Cynthia. She was honest and would point out the positives and negatives of a home we were viewing as well as ask the seller thoughtful questions that I hadn't thought to ask. She knows the industry well and had great recommendations for other people in the process we needed. I would definitely recommend her and utilize her services again should we decide to sell or buy new property in the future.
