Meeting Holly was a blessing from God. My wife and I were anxious, first-time home buyers. Holly guided us through the entire process very patiently and abated the anxiety that came with first-time home buying. She responded to us immediately whenever we had questions. Her knowledge in the field is extremely vast and had answers to everything. We felt like her close friend or a family member, and with that sentiment, I would also recommend her to those that are closest to me, and everyone else!

Holly has been amazing to work with! My husband and I are first time homeowners and were lost trying to navigate how to buy our first home. Ok, I do not normally leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so considering the very dire situation I was in. My landlord decided to sell the apartment I was in for 9 years. It was a very in-opportune time and I only had about less than a month. Sergio was a realtor that was showing the space I was leaving, that is how we met. He gave me his card and told me if I needed anything to please contact him. He was bright, spirited and knowledgeable with a very professional demeanor. It was getting down to the wire I literally had two weeks. Sergio followed up with me via text and asked me if I had found a place. My answer was No, and I literally had no prospects in place. When I tell you this man was my angel. Sergio made time to find me the perfect place for myself and my son. He showed me apartments that I felt good about. He created a whole impressive bio to submit to potential landlords. This man is thoughtful and thorough! In a matter of less than two weeks we found the perfect place! I was so stressed out considering the nature of the situation and Sergio was patient and understanding . Long story short Sergio is a professional with a heart of gold. He genuinely cares for his clients, he listens to your concerns and what you desire in a new home. He executes with precision! I am so very happy with my new luxury apartment and I sincerely thank Sergio for his unwavering professionalism and commitment to make sure that I was happy with my new home. Francesco and his team are the best of the best in Hudson County. I engaged with Francesco and Robert to have their team help my elderly parents sell their condo in Union City NJ. We knew they ran a top-notch operation, since their team had set the high-water mark for a unit in my parents building when interest rates where still reasonable a few years ago. From start to finish, Francesco and Robert were patient with me and my parents, explaining the process at every step of the way, and drawing upon their wealth of connections to set us up with the right team of advisors and consultants (legal support, staging team, paint crew, etc). When the financing fell apart on the initial offer we had accepted, Francesco pivoted quickly and helped us connect with an all cash buyer almost immediately. Francesco and Robert (and the entire Christies team supporting them) are highly responsive, conduct business in the most professional manner, and display a soft touch when dealing with senior citizens. I appreciated their patience with my parents, and their understanding that selling a home is an emotional process.
