Jonathan is an incredible realtor!!! We are coming from out of state and could not physically be present during the home search. Jonathan worked tirelessly to find us the right home. He previewed in person at least a dozen houses for us from San Rafael all the way to near Sebastopol. He took videos and gathered disclosure documents for us at a moment's notice. He negotiated with the seller's realtor to our advantage and has been available day and night to problem solve. Additionally, because he has lived most of his life in Marin, he has an amazing pool of knowledge and resources to get things done. Unlike many realtors, Jonathan's relationship with us did not stop once the sale was complete. Instead, he has been available and supportive at all hours 7 days a week to help us make this move possible. Jonathan is a true professional. In addition to being a superior realtor, Jonathan is patient, a great communicator and his understanding of how to help people is present at every step of the buying process. Definitely 5 stars+!

Would give 10 stars if I could! This entire group is fantastic. We worked with Tobias to purchase our first home, he is a true star. He is brilliant, patient, kind and genuine (and fun!). He supported us through the process with a wealth of knowledge and landed us our dream home. It was truly a pleasure having him on our team and could not recommend enough. Gianna was so kind and patient throughout our time together. She showed so many properties to me and her knowledge was incredible and helpful. She knew that I was on a limited income and never judged or treated me differently. After looking for a year we finally found my forever home. She had once said to me you will know when you find it we will keep looking and we will prevail. Well she was right. I love my new home. Gianna is a wonderful agent with heart and knowledge. I would recommend Gianna and Marks Reality Group to anyone interested in new home buying. This was one of the biggest decisions of my life and Gianna made it happen for me!!

Tobias is patient, persistent and effective. My wife and I considered a range of properties from mobile homes to $2M+ with Tobias over a 1.5 yr. period. He found the RIGHT place for us off market ("only" 5 bidders). Through some polite, yet aggressive moves, Tobias somehow secured our purchase over the other bidders, just slightly above the 2nd highest. Yes, this property is worth fighting for! Thanks Tobias!
