Honestly, I couldn't imagine a better experience working with a realtor team. This was my first time selling a home and it was the last step in a very difficult, drawn-out divorce. It was a relief to have such a professional, communicative, effective team working to help me put this chapter behind me. The Grant team did everything they could to make the sale happen quickly and without friction. They facilitated multiple repairs, staging and listing in a way that removed 95% of the stress from the process for me. They even managed to get the entire septic system designed, replaced and approved in time for the sale to close. The fact is that the way Grant Team Properties sells houses is just better. It's smart and effective. I vetted a number of realtors before choosing them and have a bunch of realtors in my family. My house sold for way over the listing price and I credit that to this team's great work and sound strategic advice. Bravo!

Vince Grant and team are great to work with. They explained and helped us though the entire buying process. They were alway qui k to help answer our questions and work through our cocerns. i would go back with the Grant team if I was to sell or buy anouther home in the Seattle area. You can't go wrong if you choose to go with Vince Grant and team since they are a well oiled machine and made quick work of buying and selling our homes.

Cole, Vince, Marnie to name just a few of their Awesome, Amazing Team Handled EVERY aspect and my house was on the market and in contract in 2 DAYS.. and got my asking price… wow how incredible is that.. I’m so very pleased with each and every aspect of their professionalism.. They had EVERYTHING covered and I was 2 states away.. I consider their team as family.. always taking my call or returning my text and answering ALL my questions.

The Grant Team was great. Vince and Cole came in with a great selling strategy. Julie was always available and helped us with all the details to get the house ready to sell. When our house sold (in 2 days) Marie took over and the closing process was seamless. We highly recommend the Grant team to sell your home.
