We were looking to buy a house in Georgia from out of state and Ms. Byer was instrumental in our success. She knew the areas we were looking at and was helpful with suggestions of other areas outside of our minimal knowledge of the area. She assisted with walkthroughs and inspections when we were unable to make the trip; she was always available by phone and email when we needed her.
