We have two properties that Aaron is currently managing for us. He has been our property manager for just about a year now. He has helped to locate good tenants that have been reliable thus far. He has handled any maintenance issues while working with us to smoothly transition from the prior property managers. Ourstate (which Aaron runs) has been responsive to our communications and made us feel at ease about our properties. We look forward to providing ongoing positive updates on the work that Ourstate has done for us.

I highly recommend Aaro as a broker and a property manager. He expertly handled the management of my two properties in Waxhaw, NC. He communicates with me regarding any problems with the properties even though they are very small stuffs. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were truly impressive. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure smooth operations and addressed any issues promptly. I am so grateful for his excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

We had a wonderful experience working with Aaron and Terri. Aaron is incredibly passionate and thorough in his work. You can tell he loves real estate and is a wealth of information for the area. Terri is thoughtful and compliments Aaron well in their practice. They both went out of our way to help us find the right house, and did what it took to make sure that the entire process went smoothly. They always made time for us even when it was inconvenient. We would highly recommend using this real estate team and we plan to do so in our future endeavors in the Charlotte area.

Aaron and his were amazing to work with they were available at night and on weekends to answer any questions. They helped work with the buyers their agent title office and mortgage brokers to help facilitate everything that was missing or needed to close the deal. I would highly recommend their firm

I can't say enough good about Aaron. His knowledge and expertise was an incredible help to us every step along the way. He was so patient as our "wish list" evolved, always gave incredible advice, while allowing us space to make our own decision. His guidance through the purchasing process in both SC and NC was indispensable and made the process so much more comfortable. It took him almost know time to understand what we were searching for and quickly found homes that best fit that criteria. If you are house hunting in the CLT area, do yourself a favor and contact Aaron - simply the best at all aspects of the process! And just a really great person and enjoyable to be around.
