This was our first home-buying experience, and Adam was an incredible realtor! He was patient with our very novice questions, worked with us searching for a new home while being based hours out of town, and even understood when our young child had to join us at open houses/viewings. We were lucky to have met Adam and are grateful for everything he has done for our family. Not to mention, we are wildly impressed with his arsenal of local contacts and overall expertise.

Adam is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and truly a trusted advisor who guided me through the entire process. He was genuine and made the process smooth and straightforward. He is meticulous, and has great attention to detail, which was extremely helpful during the viewings. He is really responsive and answered my countless questions. I first had the pleasure of working with Adam back in 2018 when he helped me purchase my first ever home in Riverside as a newcomer to the area. It was such a great experience that I knew when it came time to sell I'd be reaching back out--and that's exactly what I did. This year (2023) we had to move out of the area and we worked with Adam again as our listing agent. He talked us through our listing options and the whole selling process, advised us when we got our first offer, and ultimately helped us close quickly with a great offer above asking! Both times, Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He is also a genuinely great person to talk to and work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Inland Empire area.

From beginning to end, Adam and Astrid were completely0 dedicated to the marketing and quick-sale of our home. They made the process so pain-free that it required very little hands-on involvement during the process which allowed our for my wife and I to continue our daily schedules with little, or no, interruptions. The flyers made were very professional looking with aerial views of the home and location that when the open-house came, there were offers within a day or two. Adam and Astrid truly will go above and beyond to sell your home and make sure it is done at the best market value and serve in your best interest for your financial investment. My wife and I were blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with Adam and Astrid and tap into their real estate skills. They are genuine in everything they do and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and quick transaction in real estate. 5 Stars+!
