I have been working with Alex for many years. He helped me many times with finding a home for my family. We had a few issues with previous Landlord and he resolved them in our favor. Our move-in process was flawless. Will recommend him to our friends and family.

Aleksandr Bezgin was a pleasure to work with. He is a very competent negotiator and understood our specific needs for a home. He helped work around our schedule, scheduling tours during odd hours and going beyond the call of duty in order to ensure that not only we got the best price for the home that fit us but also that all other portions of the home buying process were taken care of. Aleksandr helped us secure financing, dealt with the lawyers, and helped us pass through the unique hurdles and roadblocks of the home buying process.

I am not the easiest man to do business with especially when it comes to selling my house, of which, I have put 21 years of my blood, sweat, and tears into. My house was my nest egg, and my income for my retirement. I let Alex know I was not in a hurry to sell, and after everything is all said and done I need enough money to invest and be comfortable. Alex and Joel I can only describe them as the dynamic duo. When there was a problem with the city whether it was permit for the shed, or sidewalk repair violations, they sprung into action and got the problem solved. They met my economic closing demands and more. I highly recommend, the dynamic duo Joel and Alex to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home in South Florida. Alex was extremely professional, always on time and communicated very well. He was also very patient and listened to our concerns. He made the home buying process as stress free as can be and we got our dream home. I would recommend him with eyes closed to my family and friends.
