Ali is a go-getter. She was selling my daughters property in the middle of winter and a damaged pipe caused a pretty bad flood in the living area and Ali, always on the scene, caught the water damage in the nick of time. She pulled up the carpet and brought in equipment to dry everything up in an immediate manner and replaced the same carpet, looking as good as new. She is a dedicated professional, always looking after the seller, as in the absence of my daughter who had to leave the state for work purposes. She has excellent communication skills, great knowledge and her field and a pleasure to work with. If you need a buyer or seller, I would highly recommend Ali.

I relocated to Southern Maine in 2018 from out of state. I chose Ali as my realtor bc of her responsiveness, personality and knowledge that f the area. After what seemed like months of searching (I think it was actually a month), we finally found my “starter home”! After a few Maine winters, I decided to head south again... Ali was the first person I called! From buying to selling and EVERYTHING in between, I’m so glad I chose Ali. Let her work for you, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

While visiting southern Maine in June 2020 I began to become familiar with the area for eventual home purchase during the following spring 2021. I contacted Ali Smith and was immediately impressed with her responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism. Over the winter she remained in touch with listings. In February, (on Super Bowl Sunday) I found 2 townhouses and contacted her - she quickly arranged showings for both that same day even though she already had a busy schedule. That evening she helped me put together a strong offer which was submitted amidst multiple competing offers. She explained the nuances of condominium law in Maine as well as the closing process, quite different from the State of Massachusetts and guided me every step of the way. I was able to move into my new home by the end of March! As most buyers know, the market is very challenging and I credit Ali for her in depth knowledge of the market along with great patience - in assisting me in homeownership in Maine. I highly recommend her!

Our experience searching for and purchasing our home with Ali was very positive. She was very personable and attentive, and would always go out of her way to carry out our requests, source needed information, source needed resources (she has a great local network) and coordinate viewings in a timely manner. This is saying a lot with the current market. Ali was always early to viewings we coordinated as well as other meetings, and was always very responsive to all forms of communication. We highly recommend her, and plan to stay in-touch with her for our future real-estate needs.

Ali was wonderful to work with! She was so down to earth and relatable, and she was honest with us about our expectations and options, as well as any issues that came up. We were first-time homebuyers and Ali was patient and helpful as we asked tons of questions, went back and forth about what we wanted and where we wanted to look, and through our worries and apprehensions during the whole process. She was thoughtful and personable throughout everything!
