Alessandra came in and literally saved the day. Had bought a house with someone who had a mental break and stopped paying their share. I was about to be in foreclosure and I reached out and that same day she came and checked out the property. And before weeks end staged the house took photos, posted pictures and was actively booking appointments for people to view the house. She had contacts for people who could do junk removal and repairs. And went to bat against an unreasonable solar company to make sure everything was able to be transferred. If I can ever afford a house again in California she will be my agent.

Alessandra represented me as a buyer - I highly recommend her! The property had a lien that the seller agent tried to gloss over as “not a big deal” and “would be taken care of in escrow”. Alessandra was a mama bear in my corner, very detailed, and made sure it was cleared up before any money changed hands. She made me feel secure in my purchase. This was a small purchase, so I know it was not a huge money-maker for her. She treated me like I was a million dollar client. I’m excited to work with her after I build out the lot and sell it. Will definitely have her list it.

Ali is AMAZING!! She helped us sell our house about 6 months ago, and she went above and beyond what I could have expected. Ali stayed and helped me finish a landscaping project in the 110 degree heat while I had to leave to pick up my child…and she still had a smile on her face when I got back!! I would recommend her for any buying or selling need you could have. She is so knowledgeable and dedicated and personable. Seriously, you could go to the ends of the earth and you will not find a better real estate professional, or a kinder human being!

Highly recommend! Ali made our home-buying experience incredibly smooth and fast! She had great tips, being so knowledgeable about all the homes & neighborhoods. She was very easy to talk to, making all the real estate details & jargon simple to understand. She was always quick to respond, and was able to line up many showings back to back, keeping things efficient for our time constraints. Personally, she went above & beyond my expectations & I credit her entirely for making our experience such a pleasant one.

My wife and I finally bought our own house woo-hoo! We are so happy Ali was there to help us every step of the way. She was able to show us a couple of different houses and answer our many questions. She was available whenever we needed her. She and her friend Jules made it fun and exciting. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a place to call home. She is the bestest!
