We started to work with Amanda in early spring of 2021. Immediately she was on top of it taking a look at the house and assessing the homes value in the current market. The house immediately was under contract and unfortunately had several issues that needed to be corrected. She assisted all along the way and was patient. She was in constant communication with us letting us know where we were at in the process. The issues with the home were finally taken care of and immediately the house was placed back on the market and within three days was under contract. Again she kept us informed of the closing process and where we stood including helping us find the closing attorney. The process with Amanda was made easy and enjoyable. I recommend her highly and without any reservation.

I have moved several times in my life and I can honestly say Amanda was by far the best Realtor I have EVER worked with! She is so knowledgeable about Cape Cod, very responsive to emails & texts, and managed this sale of our home like a pro! We had a quick offer but getting to closing was a huge challenge since we needed to replace the septic system to meet Title V requirements. There were many challenges with contractors & getting things done with the Town during a pandemic! Amanda made this closing happen. If it wasn’t for her persistence and constant communication with all parties involved, I truly wonder if we’d still be waiting to close on the sale of our home. We highly recommend her!!

As a dual agent Amanda was professional, fair and personable. I can't recommend her enough. The deal didn't wind up going through but Amanda was perfect throughout the process. It's rare to find this level of integrity in the real estate industry.

Amanda provided the expertise, patience and positive know how to market and sell our beach cottage during this unprecedented pandemic. She was personable, reassuring and realistic. She ran interference, problem solved without drama and stood firm when needed. I would recommend her without reservation!

My house selling experience with Amanda Howey far exceeded my expectations. She displayed great interest in the showing and selling process. She was pleasant to deal with and she had a genuine desire in getting the job done - even if some things were outside her normal realtor duties. She is not afraid of work. I would say she is quite adept at getting buyer and seller on the same wavelength. Our house sale and closing occurred rather quickly and I give Amanda most of the credit for that happening as there were some unexpected bumps in the road that she smoothed out. Amanda is pleasant, cool headed, professional and patient. And lastly, if Amanda said she would do something , she did it. ????????????????????
