So my landlord raised my rent and I began looking for another place. I contacted Amber Taylor to see if she had any rental listings. After listening to my rental requirements, she asked why I was spending so much money on rent when I could buy a house that would be nicer and possibly even less money each month than my rent. I was skeptical but when she showed me the numbers, it started to make sense. And then she came up with a bunch of really great houses to tour and I was all in. Within just a few short weeks, she found me a great house and she was right, it was affordable! She handled the entire process super professionally and it went off without a hitch. A few years later I decided to move to another part of town and called her up again. She listed the place and we had some really great offers almost immediately. Again she handled the entire closing process for me and I barely had to lift a finger. Super easy! Amber really knows the area, she's super friendly, and she really knows how to find something that is right for you, and when you're ready to sell, she'll be there for you too!!! Without hesitation I will use Amber Taylor again when it's time to sell this place and move on!

Amber helped me when no one else would, my credit isn’t the greatest and she told me not to worry she’d help me find something in my price that I’d be happy with. She did everything she said and more. I’d definitely recommend her to help you find the perfect place, rental or purchase. She’ll go above and beyond for you! Thanks Amber you Rock !!

Amber was a very professional, knowledgeable, effective agent. She is calm and understands the art of negotiation. She not only got us a great price on our home, she brought the deal back to the table when we thought all it was lost. We would highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you Amber

Before listing my property, I interviewed several Realtors (none whom I knew beforehand) to ascertain their knowledge of the real estate business and the market. I also wanted to a assess their personality and professionalism (i.e. would I buy a property from this person?). I choose Amber Taylor; every other candidate was a far second. I was very confident in Amber's ability to sell my property because she was so prepared for our interview and possessed the communication skills that evidenced a professional demeanor that I was looking for in an agent. With Amber's guidance, I received and closed on a full price offer! Most notable, during the listing period, Amber was faced with an ethical situation involving an interested buyer and, without hesitation, she choose ethics.
