I’m appreciate Amy is responsive,she always patience, friendly and promptly answers questions. She is very helpful. I have her sold my two houses which I am not in the area. She squared off many of the issues and problems for me voluntarily. Her professionalism that she knows exactly how to handle difficult situations and gives advice. She makes difficult situations turns into an easy and smooth transactions and close on time for ny transactions.

Amy was determined to helping us find our perfect home and was sure to describe every part of the process. We were first time homebuyers so there were plenty of questions asked— she was always patient and willing to answer! Amy cares about her clients!

I really don’t know where to start. Amy has been amazing. Since the beginning I’m a first time homebuyer and I had millions of questions. She always answered every single question, and wanted my best interest. It didn’t matter what time or day it was she always replied to my text and answered all my calls. Let me tell you she knows all the rules/ regulations.i had problems with the sellers agent and Amy made sure I got my home. If it wasn’t for Amy Alvarez my dream of being a home owner would never came true. She made sure the process was smooth. She even helped me with the decor questions. She has gone above and beyond. This is the second house that Amy has helped us purchase. We chose her again because of her expertise in real estate and interior design.
