Working with Amy was a dream come true for my SO and I. We were first time home buyers and a little clueless! She took the time to go through the process with us and answered all of our many questions. She helped us find and win our dream home in this crazy market and for that I am so grateful! I would recommend her to anyone and she would be my first call if I ever need to buy/sell again!

We give Amy 5 stars in all respects. She understands the market extremely well and did a beautiful job listing our property, emphasizing those features of our house that would most appeal to potential buyers. She answered all our questions and concerns promptly often with helpful references to local people for painting, cleaning, and landscape work which we were unable to do ourselves from our out-of-town location. Our Open House, safely accomplished in this time of pandemic, produced two offers that very day. Amy handled the entire selling process with energy, efficiency, and effectiveness. It was a pleasure working with her!

As a first-time home buyer, I worked with a few different agents before I found Amy and I am so thankful that I found her! Prior to Amy, I was searching for a home for over a year and had no luck. I started working with Amy in June of 2020 and had an accepted offer in less than a month, and closed on my first home in August 2020. She was always available to me and willing to educate me throughout the process as well. She even helped me during the negotiation process and because of her advice, I was able to save a great deal of money! I highly recommend Amy to anyone who is looking to buy a new home. She is the BEST!

Amy, with short notice, was able to compile a list of homes to view which fit my budget and circumstances. She helped identify where some issues may arise in repairs, financing, and resale value down the road for each and pointed out the upsides as well. She was upbeat, prompt, communicative, and accessible throughout. When I finally decided on the right location, I had some major uphill battles with some aspects of the purchase, but Amy was in my corner the entire time. I'd have lost my mind without her. I highly recommend Amy.

Amy is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She understands the market and suggested the appropriate pricing for our goals. The result was a substantial offer within days of posting the property for sale. She also went above and beyond taking care of many details so that I did not have to collect all miscellaneous items needed to close the sale. The time she saved me was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for a better partner selling not one but two properties.
