She was always attentive to detail and very personable. She is kind, knows the area, and really cares! Definitely the best! Amy was quick to respond to questions and always was on time and prepared.

Amy was a joy to work with throughout the whole process of buying our house. She was very responsive and listened to our preferences in what we needed in a home. We were out of town buyers, so she visited each house on our favorites list and took walkthrough videos, which made narrowing our options much easier. We have recommended her to our friends and would work with her again in the future.

My wife and I choose to employ the professional services of Amy and her team for home searches, contract negotiations, sale of our first “starter” home, and subsequent purchase of our long term home in the Palmer / Wasilla area. We love working with Amy given her deep roots and knowledge within Alaska from Anchorage to Eagle River, and to Palmer / Wasilla and more. She has a vast network of contacts that go beyond just the purchase or sale of a property, but anything related to moving to and living in these areas. Amy is great at communicating with you at every step to make this process as least stressful as possible while ensuring your particular situation is tailored to you. There was not a time when we felt alone during the process being brand new to Alaska. She doesn’t disappear on you once the home purchase or sale of your home is complete, but will continue to help you adjust to your new surroundings if needed. Amy did an excellent job of facilitating the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new one. I would highly recommend her! She was always professional but at the same time personable. She followed up when she said that she would and made accommodations where necessary. I can't say enough good things about this real estate agent!!!!
