The best. He is an absolute miracle worker. He sold our house in 12 days. We needed to sell to buy a new home. It was contingent on the sale of our house. We went through two realtors before using Andrew. Not only was he the ultimate professional, he for immediate results. He calmed our nerves and his team was there for us every step of the way. He’s the best.

Was very knowledgeable and helpful for a 1st time on my own buyer. Gave me great ppl that help with the process of purchasing my house. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Andrew for the purchase or selling of a house.

No matter how good the market is an upscale custom home can be very difficult to sell. Andrew and his team made that happen and we got our price. With multiple offers on the table . The transaction was smoother than I could ever have expected. Thank you for your knowledge and making what would otherwise be a nightmare a thing of the past. Since then Andrew and his team has placed my ex-wife and my daughter in new homes. Would not go anywhere else.

I have worked with Andrew Sesta and his team in 2015 and again in 2019. I have bought two homes and sold two homes with him. I would give Andrew Sesta twelve out of ten if the system allowed. He continues to demonstrate masterful negotiation skills. He excels in terms of local knowledge, process expertise, and is always responsive. I am not sure how he is able to accomplish providing personalized attention to all of the individual clients, but he manages exceptionally well. Andrew is the epitome of professionalism. Andrew is a pleasure to work with. We started looking at houses 2 years ago in Florida, we were based in NY. Andrew consistantly sent us listings & was there for questions by phone, email or text.
