Angela is a consummate professional, able to navigate all aspects of my real estate needs with grace, skill and expediency. We first contacted Angela when looking for a rental in Saratoga. She stayed in touch with us, providing relevant leads while we weighed our options. Later, when seeking an agent to help sell my home, I knew Angela would be my first call. She was thorough with advice, support and clarity through a difficult decision to sell. She spelled out with absolute accuracy her vision of the time it would take from listing to closing, and helped make it a very smooth process. She is detail oriented, focused and stays in communication. She has all the tools and abilities to handle a wide range of real estate needs. I have complete faith in recommending Angela Dross. She is a rare and brilliant star, and in a sea of agents she is cream of the crop.

Angela was absolutely outstanding helping us find our home. We spent a year trying to buy our first home with many disappointments as we just couldn't find the right one or submit a high enough offer in time. Angela was with us every step of the way, always staying on top of new listings and getting us in as soon as possible. We did not know anything about the home buying process, and she was very straightforward and honest with her answers to us. She took the time to get to know every detail we are looking for in our home and tailer her recommendations accordingly. We couldn't recommend her more!

From start to finish, Angela Dross has been a constant support to us in our search for a forever home. We met Angela by chance; she answered a blind inquiry we made on a house on Zillow. But this was no chance meeting. We truly feel like Angela came into our lives for a reason! For the next year, Angela provided excellent perspective and insight into homes we were interested in and the real estate market in general. Once we found “the one” and our offer was accepted, we quickly became immersed in two big transactions: buying our new home and selling our current one. Angela was there for us through all of the ups and downs of the process, a steady, calm, voice of reason. She was responsive via email and always answered our phone calls no matter the time of day. Simply put, Angela is an excellent strategic advisor. We highly recommend her and are thankful for the guidance and support she has provided. We started this process with a real estate agent and ended it with a friend!

Can't say enough positive things about Angela. She has local knowledge and was able to provide details about every town we were looking which included a 40 mile stretch starting in Lake George Village. We ultimately purchased in Schroon Lake. It's so helpful to get local expertise. In addition, the offer and negotiation process were seamless because of her explaining every step and actively communicating updates. For us, it was her ability to work in our timing windows to visit houses that separated her from colleagues. We live approximately 4 hours away and with a full work/family schedule, we had small windows and limited opportunities to visit properties in-person. Angela was able to work with our schedules and made herself available when we had our windows. If there was a house and we couldn't be in-person within a couple days, Angela was willing to take virtual videos of the property.

To say Angela is a knowledgable professional would be an understatement. She was excellent to work with from start to finish. She new the multiple areas we were interested in very well, gave us guided tours of the town centers, and was really wonderful in answering all our questions. We felt completely supported throughout the process and are thrilled to say we are the proud owners of two homes in the area. I can honestly say that wouldn't be the case without the help of Angela.
