Boni’s experience and knowledge of neighborhoods and school districts (of which she has done a great deal of research) were invaluable in zeroing in on the perfect community for my family. Her instinct for discovering what we really wanted vs. what we thought we wanted enabled her to find several highly suitable properties that we would have overlooked, including the one we chose. She found us a beautiful home well within our budget and in a great neighborhood (with a view of the Potomac no less — something I didn’t even know I wanted but can’t live without now!). Her capable manner and great sense of humor put us at ease and took much of the stress out of home buying from start to closing. She did all of this mostly long distance as we were still living in Dubai during the process. I can highly recommend Boni, to everyone, especially to families.

My husband and I used Anj's expertise to purchase a home in 2013. Her knowledge of the greater DC area was invaluable. More importantly, her ability to listen to the varying needs of my husband and I allowed her to streamline the process and show us homes that we were both happy with. She was able negotiate a great price on our final choice through her responsiveness and smarts in dealing with all parties involved-the other agent, inspectors, repairman etc. I highly recommend Anj and will use her in any future transactions.

Anj jumped through hoops to help us sell our home. She was extremely attentive to us and kept us in the loop of what she was doing to find a qualified buyer. Anj has experience in staging homes, and she has a wonderful eye for what needs to be done to make a house market ready. She has lived in the Great Falls, McLean area her entire life and knows the area like the back of her hand. She has many contacts that help her in finding buyers. We were very impressed with her attention to detail, and her financial and market knowledge. She is the consummate professional, but very down to earth and wonderful to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Anj to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
