Wow. What can we say? Results confirm the validity of a promise. Both Anna and Tonya underpromised and OVERDELIVERED from our first meeting! My husband and I thought we knew what our home would bring. Oddly enough, our number was lower than what Anna and Tonya suggested! They neither overestimated nor underestimated the real value of our home. We trusted their wisdom and our home had multiple offers the very day it hit the market!!! All of them WELL OVER LIST PRICE! Throughout the entire process, Anna made us feel as if we were their top priority! Her team was available, dependable, honorable and comforting! When we accepted the offer that we felt was right for us, they maintained a presence and communicated with us regularly to seal the deal with utmost integrity! We would never consider using anyone else!

I absolutely LOVE Ms. Anna!!!??She is so personable, honest, and patient??She is VERY organized and always has a game plan in order to make the viewings of the homes convenient and smooth. She didn’t have too, but she also went out of her way to purchase us a wonderful housewarming gift which I LOVED and thought enough of us to follow up with us after we moved in. We WILL be using her FANTASTIC services again when we buy our next home!!!????????
