Teresa is the realtor to choose If you are looking for a realtor that yields high quality results, friendly, attentive, hardworking, proactive to say the least. Teresa is the best person to advocate for you throughout the entire process. Also, she knows all there is to know about Realestate. Teresa has been an absolute godsend for us. My wife and I were casually looking at homes for ~2.5 years, and had not put our home on the market because we had such a strict criteria (3+ acres, barn, privacy, good schools, etc) that we did not think we could find a home that checked all the boxes. We worked with several realtors with no luck, but Teresa found our perfect property on her first try, within 72 hours! Not only this, but she accommodated numerous visits to the property for us to inspect the basement, the remainder of the property after the snow had melted, and guided us through the entire process. IN ADDITION, she brought a shovel and helped me shovel a path for a ground-penetrating radar scan in the middle of winter, totally unprompted! She really did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t be happier.

Teresa was fantastic to work with. The "Service Provided" section of this doesn't have an option for it, but she both, sold our home, as well as found us a new one. She stayed on top of all aspects of both processes, ensuring everything went smoothly. Teresa is extremely responsive and always on top of things.
