Eddie worked tirelessly on our behalf to both show us new homes and help us with the sale of a previous home. The sale proved problematic but he really went all out to help us through the process. Great attitude and honest. I would utilize his services again without hesitation if the need arises.

If you are looking for an agent that will work for your best interest, you have to go with Eddie. I have used Eddie twice in the last 5 years buying houses. Eddie is honest, friendly, reliable and very knowledgable. He will work around your schedule to meet with you any where and any time. Eddie always answers your calls and returns your texts promptly. Best of all, Eddie will make you feel comfortable throughout the process and works with you like you are part of his family.

I cannot say enough nice things about Eddie, not just about him personally, but all the help he gave us and patience he had while we were searching for a home to buy. I should also say that while under no obligation to list the house we were going to sell, after finding our home there was no one else I would have trusted to represent us on either end, buying or selling. I'm not sure if he would list it as one of his biggest assets, but Eddie has a special ability to connect with his clients that you never feel like he is trying to sell you something. If anything, he provided at each property we looked at, the positives and any areas of concerns, we as buy might consider. I can whole heartedly recommend him!

We love Eddie. He is such a natural friend with expertise beyond the normal. He gave us all the time we needed to find exactly what we were looking for. He listened and observed to know just which homes might fit us best. He is amazing! We are now in our new home and absolutely love it! Eddie, we give you a huge thanks!

I have experienced Anne and Eddie's work ethic first hand. I am a local semi-custom home builder and was in the unfortunate situation of competing against the builder Anne and Eddie were representing. In short, I was very impressed with their efforts and looked forward to representing me the next time the opportunity presents itself.
