Annie was a first-time homebuyers dream agent! She expertly helped guide us through the process in a way that made us feel like we had done this dozens of times. She helped us craft an excellent offer that allowed our first and only offer to be accepted. She was responsive and great at connecting with sellers' agents/setting up home showings. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth home search process!

We sold our home in Durham, NC in an increasingly friendly seller's market. We then moved to Seattle where we found ourselves unable to purchase a home in 2019 despite a healthy dual income family and a great real estate agent. When we started looking in Bellingham in the Spring of 2021, we received an onslaught of information about what a challenging, tough, buyer's market it was. We actually switched to Annie based on a recommendation and were so happy we did! Annie is the confident, friendly, local real estate agent with the "get-it-done" positive attitude that we needed. Despite the low inventory and high prices, she assured us she would find us a home for our family - and she did! Either she or a colleague always met us at showings or inspections, she kept us in the loop about negotiations, and communicated effectively with our mortgage broker. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to work with her and would recommend her to anyone lucky enough to be moving to the area!

Annie was great about listening and finding our first home to meet our needs perfectly. We were so happy with her knowledge and professionalism, both our parents bought homes she found them as well! When we decide to sell/buy a home again, Annie will be my first phone call. Highly recommend!

We found Annie on the internet but met her in person at the property. She was very excellent, kind, cheerful, got the processes done in a timely manner and did a great job! She matched our desires with the properties which were available. She went above and beyond our expectations! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend her!

Annie recently sold our home in Sudden Valley. I really had no faith in our house selling, but because of the awesome photos and Annie’s presence in the marketplace, we got an acceptable offer and moved on to our next adventure. I would highly recommend working with Annie... if you don’t choose Annie then you’re not choosing a winner!!
