I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashaun to purchase our first home. From day one he was on top of everything, and explaining things we would have NEVER thought to ask. It was an absolute pleaseure. Throughout the whole procces, Ashaun was professional. He is highly knowledgeable about the ends and out of the market and how to bid. Ashaun never made us feel like he wasn't working for us. It truly felt like he was buying the home with us, which made us so much more comforable during the negotiation process, he got us the best deal, all while staying at the purchase price we didn't want to exceed. Ashaun, answers at all hours of the night (which is amazing). He truly is who you want to work with. Ensuring every single detal was taken care of, even recommended us a inspection company. If you want your journey to be smooth, I highly recommand going with Mr. Thomas.

Ashaun is beyond great at what he does very knowledgeable in his profession and about questions that I may have. Attended a seminar he had which that’s how he became my realtor. Anytime did a walk thru of a home he was very helpful. Still only one phone call away after the process of me closing on a house much appreciated.

Ashaun is totally awesome. He is the ultimate professional. Ashaun is amazing!! I was impressed with his dedication to finding the right house for me. He doesn't just show you a house he looks at all parts of the house from roof to foundation. I couldn't be more pleased at how great he was to work with! He was always there whenever I had a question and got me in to see houses right away. In this fast paced market he was absolutely on top of things. I will be recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Working with Ashaun was great! My fiancé and I are new in the area and he was extremely accomodating to helping us find the right house. We went to many showings, thankfully, and he never hisitated to get us in asap to find our new home! Cant wait to close later this week and start our new journey.
