Kelly was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. We bought virtually, which can easily become a nightmare. Her expertise helped us feel confident about the home we were buying. If you hire Kelly, you know you’re getting someone that sees you as a person, not just a client. I can’t say enough good things about working with her and would recommend her to anyone.

There may not be words to give Ashleigh the amount of praise she deserves for our transaction. I reached out to Ashleigh for property management guidance regarding a tenant who stopped paying rent in my rental property. She gave all the advice and sympathy she could and recommended we meet with a lawyer. There were many times the eviction process required someone to physically go to the home, check on the property, handle paperwork, etc. and my husband and I live out of state. Ashleigh (without payment for her time and gas to do this) was willing to help me each time and really was the only hands on person since we could not physically be there. After the eviction was complete, the tenant left all belongings in the home which needed to be removed. Ashleigh and her husband spent their entire Saturday physically moving furniture, cleaning, making repairs, and much much more. We then decided to sell the property and Ashleigh had the home cleaned, staged, photos, and ready to sell within one week. She held multiple open houses for us, reached out to her data base multiple times, advertised the listing, and worked hard to find the right buyer. She had impeccable negotiation skills throughout the sale. She willingly completed a multitude of tasks for me outside of her typical job duties in order to prepare the home for sale and closing. My husband and I truly were as hands off as could be and she relieved huge weights that would’ve been on our shoulders. THANK YOU for being the biggest blessing ever. We are forever grateful for Ashleigh!

Ashleigh was a great realtor! We were looking for a home halfway across the country. She listened to what we needed, and what we wanted, set up appointments, and also recommended various listings. She offered virtual walkthroughs, gave us options for home inspectors, and explained everything in great detail. We were not able to pick up our keys, garage door openers, and the ins/outs when we closed on our behalf as we were not in the state yet. Being affiliated with the military, she was able to help us with our PCS and our move and make it smooth and less stressful. She is very familiar with the area and offers great recommendations for things to do, and contractors. I highly recommend Ashleigh and the PCS Home Group for all of your home buying/selling needs as she goes above and beyond what is expected of her.

I was absolutely floored with how meticulous and helpful Ashley was from the get go. She knew the answers to basically every question we had and if she didn't know, she found the answers quickly for us. We were on such a tight timeline to find a home (>90 days) and with her we were able to find something we love, put in an offer and close with a month to spare on our timeline. If we showed interest in any of the homes we looked at, she would send us an email with ALL OF THE INFORMATION on that home, along with her thoughts on what we could do for offers if we chose that home. She is kind, helpful and always ready to go for whatever we needed. She relieved so much of our stress during our house hunting and made it such a joy to go look at homes with her. I could go on and on, but we are just so thankful she was our realtor and would recommend her to literally everyone in this area looking for a home. She knows what she's doing and makes it look easy! Thank you a million times over for everything you've done for us!

When my husband and I started the process to buy a house we first found a lender to work with and since we had not yet chosen a realtor he highly suggested Ashleigh Camberg so we gave her a call. I didn’t want to settle for just anyone so I had many questions to see if we would be a good fit. One key component was we hadn’t narrowed down a specific town surrounding Fort Lewis therefore it was important for me to make sure a realtor was comfortable with us possibly requesting to see houses surrounding JBLM in northern Puyallup one day to Yelm or Lacey the next day without feeling annoyed or bothered at such great distances. She was completely understanding of everything I had said and transparent about it not being an inconvenience and she would eagerly work with us wherever we wanted and had broad experience in all of the surrounding towns. I felt reassured. She is an amazing communicator! She kept us in the loop every step of the way. When she had an update, she immediately relayed it to us so we were always well informed. Ashleigh truly made buying a house out here effortless on our end!
