Ashley Archibald is without a doubt the best agent we could have had! She was very helpful, patient, professional, extremely reliable and genuinely very kind throughout our entire process. Ashley went above and beyond what an agent normally does by being proactive in many of our situations. She was able to foresee and avoid any delays we could have possibly had. She easily established a great relationship with our entire family and with everyone else involved in our process. If you are looking for someone to be on your side and look out for your best interest, I would definitely recommend Ashley. Working with her was an overall wonderful experience!

Ashley was our ultimate best find in Park City. Having her “boots on the ground“ while we were in California, gave us an insider view on where to live. Ashley took meticulous notes on our top 10 list of “wants“ and gave us multiple options to consider. The most valuable lesson for us was an understanding of the impact of living in the various areas offered to us. We received an extensive education on the area. Ultimately, Ashley pieced the puzzle together and found us our dream home. On a Sunday morning, Ashley went out to view a property that we did not look at in person on one of our visits, and decided that “this was the place”. Ashley sent us a video, inspiring us to make an offer immediately. We took Ashley‘s great advice, and were thrilled that the sellers accepted our offer, including extras that were just icing on the cake. Magic! Gretchen Hudgens exemplifies professionalism through impeccable service and tenacious hard work. She earned our business after our first phone call led to a digital showing. As out of the area buyers, we had a short window to physically view properties. Gretchen met us with very little notice the day we flew in, prepared with a folder of organized and detailed information. Over two days she showed us numerous properties. When we narrowed to our favorites, she graciously showed them to us again. When we found “the one” she was able to take us from offer to close in 15 days—during a Global Pandemic! Her ethical approach to real estate is refreshing and she is a pleasure to be around.

Exceptional, extraordinary, professional, thoughtful, conscientious and just plain wonderful. Ashley is the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with or ever even known for that matter. She made the process of buying our condo in Park City painless and enjoyable. Before the sale she went through the property with a fine tooth comb, documenting everything that needed to be repaired or touched up. We were ready to accept the property as is, but Ashley wouldn't have it and her diligence paid off as she found some serious issues that needed attention before we closed. After the sale, Ashley and her husband visited the property several times on our behalf to resolve issues, on their own, that the developer had missed. We came to Park City with a specific property in mind and Ashley could simply have shown us that property and called it a day. Instead, she gave us a tour of Park City and let us get a feel for each area. Ashley knew our budget was $2.5 million yet her list of properties included many condos that were half that much. She never tried to up sell us and it became evident, very early on, that her only goal was to help us find our dream home and to save us a little money in the process.
