Ashley was awesome again. This was our second time working with her. The first was when she sold our house and this time was for an investment property. She knew what I was looking for and she delivered! She found a great, awesomely priced, house in an area I have been looking into for a while. I will be working with her in the future and would highly recommend her!

Ashley did a great job marketing our home during the recent inflation-racked turmoil. She had a good view into local market conditions and made good recommendations on home appeal and financial offerings. We have used her twice and I wouldn't hesitate to have her represent us again if we return to the Baton Rouge area.

Ashley was the perfect realtor to lead me through my first home-buying experience! She was very knowledgeable and clearly explained each step in the process while simultaneously looking ahead to the next. She listened to my wants/needs and explored many avenues to find those. We had many hiccups along the way (due to outside factors such as COVID- NOT through any fault of hers), but she remained professional, optimistic, and motivated when even I couldn't. She was very responsive to inquiries, calls/texts, and my concerns. She went above and beyond to find answers to the questions I had. After the sale, she voluntarily kept in touch to make sure that everything was perfect and even acted as a professional liaison between the builder and I-- an obvious testament to her dedication to making this experience the best it can be for her clients. I would highly recommend Ashley and would happily work with her again when the time comes!

Ashley was so helpful in helping me buy a home. She was very knowledgeable about the current market. Her most valuable assets are negotiation and getting the deal closed. She took the proper steps in preparing an offer that would ensure I would be the one to buy my home. (The house went pending in one day!) She handled the entire inspection process and helped negotiate a very lucrative settlement for home repairs. I would recommend Ashley for her hands on attitude and diligent work ethic that leads to a comforting feeling that you are getting the most for what you pay for.
