Audra and her entire team are amazing! During both our sale and our purchase, Audra's team supported my family, looked out and advocated for only the best for us, and informed us along the way as to anything that needed attention, including making sure our builder followed up on the home inspection items that were pointed out, keeping in contact with all the involved parties and staying on top of everything as we went through the process. They were on it at all times and we felt so confident that our realtors knew what was going on and had it covered! Thank you to the entire team for a seamless, stress free transaction on both the buy and the sell sides!

I had a great experience working with Audra Heller & associates. My agent Ronald Brown, is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable on what to look for when touring homes. When he says he works for his clients he really does. He goes all out. He works hard to get you what you want. He's not pushy and very patient. He listens to your wants and needs in a home. If I ever need to sell or buy I will definitely use him again. THANK YOU Ronnie and thank you Audra Heller!

Beware of this realtor!!! Thanks to Audra’s unethical practices, my dream home for my family was ripped away from us due to Audra’s dishonesty and unprofessional conduct. We were shown a property on 4-10-2024 located at 6706 NW 102nd Terr KCMO. We instantly fell in love with the home and put in an offer while we were still viewing the home. My agent submitted an offer to Audra and within the hour, Audra responded and stated that our offer was the highest offer and it was accepted by the sellers. While speaking with my agent, she congratulated us for wining the bid and stated that the contracts would be sent right over within the hour. After accepting the offer of 30k over the listed price of the home, Audra called our lender and was assured that we were approved through underwriting and my lender had disclosers prepared. Audra then contacted agent again and stated that she did not want us to be alarmed about her decision to continue with a scheduled open house as it was her way of meeting new clients. She also assured my agent that our contract would be honored and would be received within the hour. Greedily, 30k over asking was not enough for Audra. She proceeded with an open house knowing that we were waiting on contracts to be sent over. The next day, She sends my realtor a text after the contract expired to say that they went with a higher offer. Wow, Audra! What was your purpose of calling us to tell us we won the bid? What was the purpose of calling our lender? You don’t do this to innocent home buyers, especially in this market where we’re paying for inflated house prices. Beware and do not trust any verbal statements from this realtor. Audra’ handled this incident in a vicious and cut throat manner. I actually have the proof and actual documentation as proof.
