My Wife and I met Austin at an Open House. We really weren't in the market to buy a house, but we stopped at a couple open houses to see what was available. After meeting Austin we both had a great feeling about him. It's hard to explain, but he just clicked with us. He is very professional, friendly, and helpful. He is not pushy at all. He is exactly what we both wanted from a realtor. He took his time over the next couple of weeks to show us a few places, until we found the one we wanted. He explained everything in detail and also recommended Bill Coyne with Homesale Mortgage for our financing options. Everyone from Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices is on point! They walked us through the entire process and helped us with each step along our journey. They stood by us from the beginning to the end! Austin stayed in constant communication with us the entire time. Everyone from this office works together as part of a Great Team! We highly recommend contacting Austin for any real estate needs!!! Austin was great Made the process as smooth as possible. He is very knowledgeable and answered every concern or question we had.. also very thoughtful and caring through the whole process. I would strongly recommend him!!

Austin was helpful, detail oriented, honest, and genuine from the beginning. He was never too far away or too busy to respond questions by text. He was also always willing to go see a home even during our pre-qualification stage. Austin often checked in with us just to see how we were doing way before we were ever ready to buy a home. During the settlement process he checked in at every turn and followed through immediately with any concerns. He was truly there every step of the way. From the bottom of my heart, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. <3

Austin was great in our home buying experience. We had some tight parameters to work with, and with out his knowledge and guidance we couldn't have purchased. He was great showing us a wide variety of properties so we could get a good feel for the market. When we found "our home", he guided us thru all the steps, and saved us money with his knowledge in writing up our sales offer! We highly recommend Austin.
