Becky went way above and beyond our already high expectations since we have a realtor in our family in another state. Becky was initially one of several realtors we interviewed based on inside recommendations from Bloomington Normal area professionals. She truly excelled every step of the way, but probably where she made the biggest difference for us was the experience and confidence that she brought to the table knowing the Bloomington housing market. From day one, she was an excellent communicator and quickly understood our needs/input. Becky was always responsive and we liked working with one individual vs a team. She brought extensive data to our first meeting to back up her recommended list price. Becky also helped us to identify priority minor cosmetic updates on our home prior to listing. She also was able to recommend (and coordinate) several quality reasonable local vendors to help get our minor repairs completed for market ready showing in record time! She also assisted with some last minute basic staging. These “extras” were extremely helpful to us as we live out of state! As a result of Becky’s strategic plan, we received multiple offers on our home and sold significantly above list price. We had been looking for a home to relocate closer to family for a long time. Due to the pandemic and the extremely tight housing market where we wanted to go, we weren't having any luck. It was then that we decided that we needed the help of a professional realtor. We had heard good things about Becky, so we gave her a call. She was ready to help! Becky was attentive to all of our needs as older home buyers that had been out of the real estate market for forty years! She sent us good listings tailored to our needs and to schedule home viewings for us. She was always upbeat, even when a few of our first bids were beat out. She was confident that the right house would show up, and it did! We truly do not think we could have found our home without her expert help. We highly recommend Becky Bauer!

Becky helped my wife and I find our first home. She helped us look at several options before we found the one we liked. She was very responsive and was willing to assist us in any way that she could!

Bottom line, she’s incredible at what she does! She was very responsive to all my questions and got me into each and every house I was interested in quickly. I would have never known I wasn’t her only client. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Grateful for her expertise and great service in a huge milestone of my life!
