Benny and Angela did an outstanding job selling our house. We had an accepted, great offer within days of it hitting the market. The process was seamless. This is the 4th time we have worked the them. We have recommended them to friends and family. They sold my grandparents' house and helped my in-laws find a great house. I highly recommend their team!

Benny was absolutely amazing to work with! We had been planning to work with another local realtor who helped us purchase the home 24 years ago. After getting disappointing customer service and a low-ball posting price for our house, we decided to look for another realtor. We were referred to Benny from a longtime friend in the Toledo area. Not having met Benny previously was a bit anxiety provoking (especially since we live an hour and a half away from Toledo) until we spoke to him over the phone. Benny was extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had with patience. Anytime we had a question, Benny was very responsive and thoroughly answered our questions with ease. He walked us through each step of the selling process seamlessly. Benny’s expertise helped us sell the home for $18,000 more than the previous realtor was proposing to list it! We couldn’t be more pleased or grateful for the exceptional customer service that we received from Benny! Do yourself a favor and contract with Benny! You won’t regret it!

If we could give Benny and Angela 10 stars we would. Not only are they extremely intelligent and knowledgable of the real estate landscape - as well as the neighborhoods, homes, and communities they show - they are funny, kind, and personable. This was my husband's and my first time buying a home, so there was a lot that we didn't know. They never once made us feel less than for not knowing something, and explained everything in terms we could understand...and with patience when we didn't! :) Whenever we asked for advice, they gave us honest feedback and answers, all the options we should consider, and ensured our interests and requirements remained a priority. I knew home buying could be a long and strenuous process - and the market was not as favorable when we were looking - but we are forever grateful for their patience and understanding as we looked at house after house, not wanting to settle until we found a place that we loved. Anyone can sell you a house, but Benny and Angela sold us a home...and we are so thankful. 11/10 highly recommend!!!

My wife and I are first time home buyers and moving from out of state. The task to say the least is daunting and overwhelming. Like most new home buyers, we had a lot of wants on a budget. Benny was recommended and we couldn't have been better for it. Benny knows the area in and out, was very quick and thorough with responses. Often times he gave us information to questions we didn't even know to ask, which was extremely helpful through the experience. When it came time to to bid on a house we liked, Benny gave us honest and solid strategic advice to compete in the market. He made sure we did not bite off more than we could chew and leave us in a bad spot for the future. Ultimately we found a house in short order and considering this aggressive fast paced market we are currently in, couldn't be more relieved and grateful for his help to get in the house. If you need a realtor, I can absolutely recommend Benny and his wife. If/when the time ever does come, I would absolutely call him up for a sale.
