Bernadette assisted us when we moved to Youngstown with the purchase of our first house. She was so patient, available and always had great advices, we loved working with her. When we were ready to upgrade from our first home, we contacted her. She once again was amazing!!! She gave great advise regarding what we needed to fix in the house, listing price and showings. We sold our house for more than we expected, and big part of it was due to all her expertise, advices and experience. She is so professional, quick to answer and awesome at what she does. She goes above and beyond to make her clients experience smooth and less stressful.

Bernadette had been our realtor when we purchased our home in 2020. We liked that she was very authentic and did not push us towards expensive homes. She was also very patient with us as first time home buyers. So we decided to use her again to sell our home. I whole heartedly think she was able to get us more money for our home than any other realtor would have. We got a lot of interest and she had the idea to put an offer deadline. We ended up with many competitive offers which I attribute to this decision. She is also a good negotiator and takes no BS from the other party. My wife and I highly recommend her. We will definitely use her if we ever need realtor services again

I've worked with about 10 realtors to help me buy or sell a house in my lifetime-- and I can unequivocally say Bernadette is the absolute best. She was an engaged and helpful partner throughout the entire process. Her advice on listing price, staging, and repair referrals were all outstanding. Her ability to market the house (photos, compelling copy that highlighted the right selling points, open houses, and presentation in advertising) was top notch. She was an extremely valuable partner in negotiations and in helping deal with any challenges as they arose. If you are looking for a trusted realtor to help sell or buy a house, choose Bernadette. She is the absolute best choice.

Bernadette did an outstanding job in all phases of the listing of, preparation of, presentaton of and showing of the property. I had complete confidence of her abilities when I first met her. What I never expected was that the first person viewing the property would make a full price offer and how easy and quick Bernadette made it seem to go from listing to closing. Can’t give her enough of the glowing recommendation and credit she is deserving of.
