Awesome experience! He listens and delivers! Really enjoyed speaking with him and making two deals with him, he helped us with a house we bought and our home we sold on contingency. We’ve relocated to Winter Haven and are so happy. He knows a lot about the Winter Haven area.

We started our house hunting from out of state and our first real estate agent was very poor in communicating, responding to questions and just the overall attention to our needs was incredibly lackluster. Brad was quite the opposite and we gathered more information in a single conversation with him than a full week with our other agent. Brad found out what our needs and wants we’re and truly delivered. Not only did we find the perfect home, but he helped us get a fair price. Even after closing, Brad still helped us any way that he could and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Brad!
