Ben was an absolute joy to work with for this first-time homebuyer! We actually connected over a year prior to beginning my homebuying journey and kept in touch over time until I was ready to officially begin my hunt this year. Ben was very helpful through the whole process of buying our house, from start to finish. This was our first experience buying a house, so his knowledge on the process relieved some of the stress. He was patient and never pushy. His quick responses to our emails and texts helped us get the house we were looking for in the neighborhood we wanted, despite how competitive the housing market has been. He kept us updated with timely and informative communication throughout the closing process, and quickly handled any issues that came up along the way. Ben is fantastic! He helped me find a house in a very tough market and made sure I was able to close on time and with minimal hassle. He was mindful of what I was looking for in a house and, when I couldn't find anything in my price range in my target area, he suggested other areas that would work for me.

Very responsive and responsible. Discipline follow through on all processes. Resourceful. Easy to work with. Real estate transactions can be challenging and stressful at times. Someone who maintains a calm perspective through the process is essential.
