Brad and Vicki took care of me and my family as if we were theirs. They helped us come up with a plan and then executed it through research and showings. Both had keen eyes and good ideas on what to look for and how to use it. When we decided to make an offer, Brad ran the numbers and made a recommendation which was accepted. He worked with the seller's agent and was with us every step of the way. Now we're finally moved in. Thank you, Team Sammis, a true real estate power house.

When I started searching I was really not quite ready for purchasing but Brad and Vicki were there to help. Knowing I wasn’t quite there they took the time out to set up online searches personalized for me multiple times as I changed my mind again and again. Both Brad and Vicki took me to see multiple properties each at the drop of a dime. The responsiveness and urgency on their part made me feel like an important part of their business. After months of this and seeing about 10 properties I found one I really liked and Brad took the time to go there with me 3 different times so I could look over everything. He was helpful in making an offer to get me the best possible price. Brad made it to the inspection, appraisal and closing with me. After the purchase I have received friendly e-mails and texts to check in. Vicki and Brad played a huge role in making the home buying process extremely easy and it was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend to anyone I know. They have a great knowledge of the CT area and were willing to go the extra mile for me even as a first time home buyer on a budget. Vicki made us so comfortable before and during the sale of our house, we asked her to help us buy a house! She was attentive, realistic, patient and always on top of the logistical and time sensitive details to make the transactions go smoothly. Vicki is very conscientious about the business necessities and gracious about the social aspects of dealing with clients and other agents. We attribute much of the success of the sale of our home and purchase of a new home (which we love!) to Vicki.
