If you are looking for an unprofessional and incompetent Realtor do not use Bradley, he is is anything but that! My husband and I have been buying and selling real estate for over 30 years, in different states. We have now had three different purchases or sales with Bradley as our Broker. His skill in negotiating, his ability to not shy away from "going after" what we want at the price we want in unmatchable by any other Realtor. I think he likes the competition! He truly worked for us not the deal or the other parties in the deals. His knowledge of the market area including the economics of the area helped us to make the right decision. The deals with Bradley were the easiest we have ever had. I would definitely recommend Bradley to everyone looking to purchase any sort of real estate in the Myrtle Beach area. I know we will use him again when its time to buy or sell property in SC.

Overall, my experience during a stressful time was good! I bought my first house in a different state, which was overwhelming. Bradley did his best to help reduce my anxiety by setting up inspections, quotes, attorneys, etc that I had no clue where to start. A few times, there was a delay in communication, but life is just crazy busy these days. He got me the house I wanted in my price range!

I was so blessed to have Bradley help me find my dream home!!!! He is very professional and fast which was a blessing to me he let myself and my 5 year old and 7 year old look at all the houses we wanted to and he had wonderful suggestions of his own ! Truthfully all the houses I had picked to look at on-line didn't work for me he found the house we ending up buying. He kept in mind my Children and there school and activities and found not a house but the perfect new HOME SWEET HOME FOR US! I strongly recommend Mr.Bennett & Thank him eminsley for the house of my dreams :)
