Brandon is a fantastic realtor. I have worked with him selling two properties as well as helping me find and purchase my current home, and will continue to work with him in the future. He is knowledgable on building structure and potential problems, pricing, negotiation & offer techniques, and overall a great person to have on your team. He was willing show properties I was interested in even if it required some travel. He helped me submit offers to purchase, on time, when sellers required strict deadlines. He even prevented me from purchasing a property because he saw and vocalized hesitations. Why? -because he is more concerned about you making the right choice over just making a sale. I highly recommend & trust Brandon with all real estate specifics.

Brandon is absolutely amazing. He was recommended to me by a good friend and I am soooooo sooo glad I made that phone call to him. He has become much more than just our realtor. He has become a great family friend. He stayed with us in the rollercoaster of the housing market for over a year. He talked us out of putting offers in on houses he knew weren’t right for us (I am soooo thankful he did, cuz man did we dodge some bullets). When we found the ONE, he put together an amazing offer and stayed right by our side while we anxiously awaited a response. My family of 4 constantly bombarded him with txts and he was soo caring, thoughtful, understanding, and had a great sense of humor. He kept things light and enjoyable. We got our dream home and we could not have done it without him. I firmly believe that he makes your housing dreams come true. I highly HIGHLY recommend contacting him if you are even just thinking about looking to sell/buy a new home.

Brandon has sold 2 homes for us and both transactions have gone off without a hitch. He has a wonderfully calm demeanor which is an extremely important quality during the stressful period of buying and selling homes. As an added plus he is very knowledgeable about construction and other home systems as well as being very connected in the community which is priceless when it comes to needing resources. We would absolutely recommend Brandon!

Appreciate how responsive Brandon was - calling and texting to answer all our questions - even when on vacation! He's easy-going but hard-working - a pretty perfect combination! Grateful for his help in selling our house!
